All
American Gator Products was
established by Brian Wood in 1988, when the American
alligator was first removed from the Endangered Species Appendix I
List of the Convention of International Trade.
At that point
it was established that they were legal to hunt only with special
permits. Since then, we have grown to become the
largest processor of alligators in South Florida. We operate
both the alligator processing plant in Pembroke Park, FL and a
full-service showroom, The Exotic Gallery, in downtown Hollywood,
FL. Thanks to the operation of both of our facilities,
we are equipped to handle your gator from the time of harvest.
We offer the
following services:
-
Hunting
trip arrangements.
-
Skinning
and processing of the recently harvested alligator.
-
Tanning of
the skin into leather.
-
Manufacturing
that finished skin into a briefcase, purse, shoes, boots,
wallets, belts or one of many other custom leather goods.
We handle 1,600
wild alligators per year, with 20% of those being greater than
nine feet in length. We offer three types of hunts to give
you the opportunity to bag one of these gators.
